As a Value Engineer you lead our conversations with owner-led IT consultancies and work out with them what AUVY is worth to them. What you hear there decides what we build next.
The work
You lead conversations with consultancies, first together with Patrick and soon on your own.
You show AUVY on a real project of the firm.
You work out the business case with the firm and keep every assumption open to checking.
After each conversation you write down what the firm needs and what AUVY cannot do yet.
The first 90 days
Day 30: you know AUVY and can show it on a sample project.
Day 60: you have led ten conversations with Patrick and worked out the business case for two firms.
Day 90: you lead conversations on your own, and one firm has decided based on your business case.
What we look for
- You build a clean business case and keep every assumption open to checking
- You lead a conversation with an owner calmly to a next step
- You say openly what AUVY cannot do yet
- You speak and write German confidently
- You are enrolled and can work 15 to 20 hours a week during the semester
What we offer
You work 15 to 20 hours a week alongside your studies, directly with Patrick Schröppel, and we plan around your exams together.

You hear from us within 3 working days. The process includes a small work sample of about 60 minutes. We pay travel costs to an interview on site.
