As Founders Associate you build the company behind AUVY with Achim Ströbel, co-founder and managing director. You make sure conversations turn into paying customers, and you write down the routines we grow on.
The work
You make sure invoices go out and no receipt goes missing.
You prepare conversations with owners and write down afterwards what was said.
Every possible customer in Outeva has a next step with a date.
Every Friday you send both founders a short update.
The first 90 days
Day 30: every open invoice and missing receipt is on record.
Day 60: every possible customer Achim gives you has a next step, and you have prepared the first walkthroughs.
Day 90: your routine is written down in a runbook a stand-in can pick up.
What we look for
- You are enrolled and can work 15 to 20 hours a week during the semester
- You have seen something through in a job, a university project, a club or a small team; one concrete example is enough
- You write short and clear in German and can work in English
- You can tell what someone said from what you assume
- You keep commitments, dates and open points reliably, in spreadsheets, a CRM and with AI tools whose results you check
- You ask before anything leaves the company
- You have kept invoices, receipts or a club's books in order
- You understand that a consulting project lives on margin and senior time

You work 15 to 20 hours a week alongside your studies on the company's real work, directly with both founders.
